14th OKINAWA INTERNATIONAL MOVIE FESTIVAL

Story

At a party held to commemorate the publication of Tsusai Sugawara, the Chairman of the Three Evils Expulsion Association, Tsujimura, a prominent figure in the business world, and Kamiyama, a member of the Diet, perform a Ryukyu dance as a way to celebrate the occasion. A beautiful Okinawan woman, Shizuko Ogaki, begins to dance with the prelude of the Jabisen (Sanshin with snakeskin). One day, Shizuko falls to her death from a balcony in her apartment after injecting herself with heroin. The newspaper mentions nothing about the heroin, but Tsusai Sugawara and Ishida, head of the Narcotics Control Bureau, become suspicious and call on Kikuchi, a Narcotics G-man, to secretly investigate the matter. Kikuchi hears from an old friend that the heroin came directly from Okinawa, and flies there to investigate...
