Story
Screened at the 2nd Okinawa International Movie Festival. Ryo is a junior high school student that lives in Chatan town in the central part of Okinawa's main island, living a modest life with his slightly scary father, Ryozo, and his sickly younger sister, Kazeko, after his mother died when he was young.
One day, Ryo is taken by the performance of a woman at a nearby karate dojo and decides to learn karate, but for some reason his father doesn't approve. He begins to secretly attend the dojo with the help of his childhood friend Nagi, where he meets an American boy, Kevin, and the two start to get to know each other...
One day, Ryo learns about a secret of a "bitter past" that his father has been hiding from him. When he learns the truth, he has to make a choice...
